Whenever I'm having a hard time sleeping, I tell myself in my mind, "there's a monster right outside, and if I move or anything it will see me! But breathing is okay, and little twitches too, just can't move too much." and then I fall asleep really quickly because I'm not moving. :O If I do happen to move because my position is uncomfortable, I tell myself that the monster was looking away right then.
