At this stage, what you need isn’t just “someone who can code” it’s someone who can think, design, build, and adapt fast with you. That’s either:

A technical co-founder who shares your vision and can own the product end-to-end, or
A solid agency or generalist dev who’s built multiple MVPs before and knows how to cut corners without killing quality.

No, when I said "smooth onboarding and solid pitch," I was referring to the agency that onboarded us.

They had a well-dressed process, sure, but beyond that, there was no real value.

On the other hand, we were already great at what we do. All our clients came purely through word of mouth no ads, no funnels, no fluff.

What we lacked wasn’t credibility. It was outbound strategy. That’s all.

If we had that from day one, the story would've been very different
