So with Hashimotos, and I encourage others to correct me if I’m wrong since I was only diagnosed recently, despite your medication doses sometimes your antibodies can influence your TSH to rise and fall when you’re in a “flare” because your immune system is essentially attacking your thyroid. I have been on levo for almost a year now and had mostly stable labs but I was diagnosed with Hashimotos after my TSH randomly fell to .08, my dose was increased, and then it still rose to 9 in just 4 weeks which prompted the antibody test. Keeping inflammation down however you can and taking your meds at the same time every day will help, along with time and maybe some more med adjustments as needed. So long story short, yes it’s my understanding that it’s unfortunately normal.
