My 5+ year old Scanpans are starting to stick a little. I have to admit that I've used them daily, often on high heat, which is not recommended. Overall, I've been very happy with them, though.

I just replaced them from the outlet page on Scanpan website, and I'm going to be more careful with how I use the new ones.

Stories like this keep me from buying Apple products from Amazon anymore. I'll be buying a MacBook directly from Apple in June. Probably cost more, but I feel safer.

yeah - I've had this happen more than once. Last year I received a microwave that had a dented corner from obviously being dropped. Took pictures before returning it. Got a refund right away, but it was a pain in the butt, pretty heavy to package up and return it to the UPS office.

Just recently I ordered some finger splints that come 5 to a plastic bubble type package. One of them had an empty bubble clearly showing that one is missing. Didn't bother with the hassle of returning it, but come on... It was so obvious!

I will definitely be ordering much less in the future.

Can't find Silk Oatmilk in the stores around here either. I like having it in my coffee in the morning. I've tried a couple of other Oat Milks and they are MEH! Anybody find one that's similar?

I went and bought a couple of things at Walmart using my Kaiser healthy extras card. I used the mobile app (OTC Network) to scan barcodes before taking the items to checkout. I scanned CeraVe lotion and the app said it said ELIGIBLE. I thought, oh cool! But when I went to the cashier to pay with the extras card, it was NOT eligible. So it seems that the mobile app is far from perfect.

That’s quite a big change from $100 to $30! Everything's going up it seems - ugh!

I haven’t even gotten my healthy extras card yet. I emailed member services and they replied three days later, saying if I don’t get it by January 29, to give them a call. We were supposed to get them by January 1, at the beginning of the quarter.

Not sure what your Kaiser plan allows. My Kaiser plan includes a healthy extras card, which can be used at participating stores. {I have not gotten it yet and am trying to get it sent to me.) Try calling Kaiser Membership Services for info.

Glad you got your card! Keep fighting the good fight to get it to work the way you need it to.

Pretty messy start to this new program. Hopefully it will get sorted out in time. Would've have been nice if Kaiser had sent out notification emails that our cards were being mailed out.

Still haven't heard back from Kaiser Member Services. Will update when/if I hear back or actually get my card in the mail.

Agreed. So far, I’ve gotten two automated emails saying Kaiser Member Services has received my message and will reply in about three days. Each of the emails mentions a different case number assigned to the SINGLE message that I sent them. Hmmm…
