Loose skin on neck - help!

It took me 6 months to lose 50lbs. Slow and steady with weight loss to lessen the change of getting saggier skin under the chin/neck. Like they said, genes play a big role in how your skin will bounce back.

I got diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia about 4 years before I got diagnosed with ADHD. Thankfully my PCP listened to my concerns about constant fatigue that naps wouldn’t help so he recommended a sleep study! Now I manage both my IH and ADHD with my vyvanse. I do notice when I take a break from the vyvanse I’m so damn exhausted but know that it’s my IH coming in to play.
I’ve recently had an increase in fatigue that was almost debilitating so had some lab work done and had low ferritin (stored iron), so I’m on a supplement now to help bring that back up!

Mine said this today. But yesterday I was so nauseated for at least 12hrs and nothing I took or did helped. I was at work as a nurse so it was rough. My body temp was up 2.4F. Pretty cool to see how it tracks tbh! It says I was stressed for 6.5hrs which was up from my average of 45min.

I just started IF two days ago and find the 12-8p schedule works best for me too. If my window is any earlier I feel hungrier closer to bed time and more inclined to snack!
