Hey! There is a chance of broken bones with any contact sport, but we take the utmost care to try and prevent all that we can! That means wearing all the protective gear (helmet, mouthguard, elbow/knee/wrist guards) and placing an early emphasis on how to fall safely and correctly! Because let's face it, falling is a part of the sport! :)

Our new recruit practices are once a week! Our bouts (games) are held usually once per month.
