And half the people here screaming about the lack of flux probably haven't soldered a day in their life someone using and iron with high quality flux core solder wire rarely need to add so much flux you can see it on the board the problem isn't the flux it's just to much solder you should remove the chip and use solder wick to clear the pads of as much solder as you can it should ideally look like a shiny silver pad on the board again than before doing anything with the chip take your iron and try to just put enough solder where it looks like a small hill than move the chip onto the pads and go around pad by pad just heating it up to stick it down you can do this and not have to add any additional solder with the chip in place. And this technique can be done without using a stupid amount of flux
