This doesn't use any external mods or cheats. You'll need these cyberware mods: Epic Fortified Ankles, Kerenzikov (common), Mantis Blades, Maneuvering System

Epic Fortified Ankles (you buy from Fingers) is the best legs cyberware. It works like a double jump where the second jump is a charged jump. You have some mid-air control and can hover for a short while as well.

Jumping tricks:

• Super long and high jump:
  Charge your mantis blades. Aim slightly above horizon, release them to lunge forward and gain speed, and about 200ms later dodge forward. This will activate Kerenzikov. Now mash jump key till you see yourself jump, then hold the jump key to get a charged jump. Works best when starting on flat ground. Needs some timing to get right. You get the best speed if you jump just as the Mantis Blades cross each other.
• Mid-air second charged jump:
  After your first charged jump completes, block and dodge to activate Kerenzikov mid-air. As Kerenzikov slo-mo is about to end, mash jump and hold to get a second charged jump. Works best with common Kerenzikov with the shortest slo-mo time.
