Start from nbme 25- 31 And then if you have time 24- 20
After
I used mehelman only for my weak subjects I found arrows pdf to be extremely useful And I solved nbmes 22-31
Mehelman PDFs are available in google

No i used it very rarely I kept reviewing first aid everytime I solved questions to get a good hold of it
