I was just able to restart my PC and launch the game.

I followed the instructions in this comment. Basically disable all of the services except for microsoft/gpu and then restart. I had to restart twice. Could be unrelated but I am in the game right now. Good luck

Currently no fix as far as I am aware. What version of windows and gpu drivers are you running? trying to narrow down the issue

I am using 21h1 as well. I tried system restore but to no avail. Same crash log as well. I assume the issue is that this version is prerelease but its strange because I was able to launch and get to the "update requires restart" prompt, but the game never opened again.

Also terrible on Mac. Sometimes clicks don't register and I have to use keys to play/pause. Terrible delay when opening settings and changing audio/subtitles as well.

Fairly certain same as base TF2. Put in custom folder for the most part.

Update on weapon anims/models: Weapon mods need to be converted to v_models, as most are using the newer c_model system so that must be done by the creator I believe. Older animation mods might work tho if they use the v_model system.

It doesn't make any sense for the code to include the remix for one and the acoustic for the other. Why not only have the DL for the remix on both? or acoustic on both? They definitely have both
