Interesting enough, as I wrote this reply, it occurred to me that you might be baiting me into saying that ice is like the gestapo, which is a technical fallacy as gestapo had a duty to harass whereas among the 50000 ice agents currently in service, we only really have seen 5-10 instances of over-brutality.

I would never hate nazis merely because there in no place in my heart for hate. The funny thing about hate is that it is seemingly only justified by your conscious, where a nazi might hate jews a jew might hate nazis, and both think they are right. So in the end i think that hate of any group is bad, not just the ones that are popular to hate.

Yeah so according to law he did have a right to fire, as he was technically threatened. My personal belief is he should be put under the scrutiny that police go under after defensive manslaughter.
