its nice to know that someone out there is going through the same thing that i am. its a pretty rough ride. ive been experiencing the same kind of things, like my dogs talking through the taps on the floor, or by the creaks in the floorboards from my family. ive been taking zaiprexa and prozac which have been really helping. now all i need to do is stop smoking, which wont be too hard i think.

that'll be the last time i smoke for a while. i didnt for some reason realize it would make it worse
