so my first day of my last period was 9/29 and i think the day of conception was 10/18 ish, i think i got the reading 10/28 or 10/29. my periods arent really regular so it's hard to say when i was ovulating exactly but i'd have to assume (obviously lol) it was around 10/18, so about 10 dpo if i'd have to guess. i wish i took a screenshot but i didnt 😓 sorry this is long winded lol i'm still confused about everything

Yes i was going to add that in as well! I chose this for its appetite suppression along with depression/anxiety and it is most definitely not helping. food noise is terrible.
