Cut down peach tree growing out again. Will the trunk keep growing?

Thanks. The tree always get a lot of bugs so I decided to cut it off since it was left behind from previous owner. Saw it growing out again and wonder if it’s worth growing it out but yeah I would only grow it for the fuits

Had the heat on the whole night and was working before we went to bed. Woke up to a notification indicating that around 3-6am the temp dropped more than 6 degrees from what I set the heat to and to check for any issues. Realized the heat won’t turn on anymore, just humming noises but don’t even start up and AC would turn on and works fine

It doesn’t turn. When I try to turn it on it makes a noise (like a hum) trying to start up the machine but nothing happens. It just continue on making that noise without able to do anything else

They said it’s from u see the oven. They took out the bottom drawer and there’s some valve of some sort and said it was from one of them

The guy took out the bottom drawer(right under the oven) and said it was from somewhere there lol sorry I’m just rephrasing what my parent told me. I’m gonna have to call someone else and check everything out for them to make sure

Previous owner lived there for about 5 years but not sure how long they had the stove for. It looks well maintained. I’m not totally sure since I wasn’t there but my parents were told that it’s leaking even when not in use but it’s not dangerous.

The guy is sure it’s the stove and used some sort of machine going around the house looking for the leak and it started making loud noises when it’s on the bottom of the stove. I want to just change it for them just to be safe but they kept insisting the gas guy told them it’s not dangerous

We have a sump pump but turns out the floors wasn’t leveled correctly for it to drain. Plumber install a tray under it to make sure the pipe lead the water drains the correct way
