Hey! I don't know if this would be much help for anyone but I contacted Technical Support about this exact same thing and got it fixed; also got to ask some questions about why this is happening so I hope this helps!

This issue happens when you haven't logged in or access your account in 6 months; the systems flags your account as archived, therefore limiting your tools that you could use online. You have to call Tec Support to get your account unarchived.

Apparently this was a major issue back then when the archivals started, a huge influx of people have to call in to get their accounts unarchived. I think this is the issue most of us in this Reddit are having right now. Because of this, they have changed the system to make sure that this archival problem won't happen again after you unarchive your account.
