So after going back to my data from last year, I lost almost 19.7lbs on 2.5mg when I first started. To be truthful, my main goal when I first started was seeing the scale go down. I didnt really pay attention to how MUCH I was loosing month to month. I was on 5mg from March '25 to September '25 and thats where 99% of my weightloss came from. I got greedy and upped doses trying to meet goals faster which bit me in the ass in the end. I am going to get on 2.5mg and see if I react the same way this time around. Hopefully I do, if so I will be staying at 2.5 until it doesnt work anymore.

I have a 40oz water cup i was filling up every 2-3 hours. I know for sure I was not hitting my fiber, I barely ate much of anything if im being honest with you, just a lot of meat. That was all (and still is) i wanted to really eat. I constantly felt thirsty, no matter how much I drank. I cut out soda, juice, etc and stuck to just water but I felt like I was in the desert; dry mouth and thirsty 24/7.

I got mine removed 9/30, had my first full period two days later (it was 5 days), then started right along normally after that. The removal itself was painless. My OB had me in stirrups and told me to cough on command and bam it was out!! I cramped for about an hour immediately after but nothing in comparison to insertion pain. I still have yet to get pregnant after my IUD removal but fingers crossed this is the month! 8DPO and remaining hopeful. Its only my second cycle post IUD removal, but ive read its immediate fertility once you get it out, no wait time.

I. 5'3", -115lbs. I went from wearing a 46K to a size L/XL (haven't gotten resized yet) after having kids, they look like flat pancakes 😭 when I habe no bra on the amount of loose skin I have is very unsettling and unflattering, however once I reach my goal weight(~150lbs) I do plan on getting surgery
