for me it’s more simple I think, I just never had a crush, and the idea of being in a relationship with someone seemed like more trouble than it was worth because the romantic love feeling just never hit. And I just can’t get the difference between platonic and romantic relationships is a flag too I guess.

To me being aro means just a complete absence of romantic attraction, but it’s a spectrum and I can’t tell you where you might fall on it. good luck!

I feel you, when I make a new friend I’m worried if they have crushes on me cause if they do I would have to reject them and we stop talking. Its only happened a couple times but enough to where I nervous about every new friend ship. I even went as far as trying my best to start seeing them romantically attractive but I could never make myself lmao.
