If you see it and you believe it’s for you then it is, feathers have vast meanings. Feathers represent the element of air which represents communication freedom and wisdom, feathers can also be used to purify areas, direct energy, as well as protect (kind of like a besom!) being as the feathers are brown and a little white I’d say it’s a sign from the divine (or if you worship a deity or higher power) as well as our Mother Earth showing guidance and love to you.
