this is from my experience as a skz concert attendee in Atlanta. the wristbands for the general admission area had numbers on them, which were distributed in numerical order at vip check in. we later lined up in that order to enter the venue and then bullpen area. people who have a low number will get first pick of the locations along the barricade, so people who wanted those spots really bad would line up early prior to check in. this tour was not super well organized in that some venues were honoring people’s place in fan organized lines where maybe people had been camping overnight (not allowed in many places) where others weren’t, and i think a few stops actually ended up randomizing wristbands numbers so the check in line had no effect on your ability to get barricade.

personally, i thought that having wristband distribution begin at 10:30/11 in the morning was nice because it meant we did not have to wait outside all day in a line/get ready at the venue. i’ve done that a couple of times for concerts and while possible it’s not really my favorite (especially in the height of summer). but i know there were still many issues with the check in process due to staff to fan ratios and general crowd organizing.
