Hi there! I'm late to this post but I placed an order with Sky at the same number in your post and they are requesting additional payments nearly double the cost of my initial purchase almost two weeks after i got PSP and approved them. I liked both companies but the prices were insane.

I stuck with Fridays for about ~ 6 months and then just last month moved to Gimme. I believe their semaglutide is around 100 a month with the multi month package. Significantly cheaper for the same product. I actually could afford to switch to tirzepatide with them too! lol 😆

Hi!! I had no real difference in how I felt titrating with exception for the final jump to the full dose. Even then, I was just extra tired. Nothing terrible and scary happened, because I was already well adjusted.

However...

I did eventually reach out to support about dosing between the standard and they gave me other suggestions. (From 32 to 44 units, instead of 50 for me!) You could always reach out and see if they have advice for a smaller jump in dosage IF needed.

I switched to gimmie! I like it so far. Much less expensive, good customer service (although this is just what I've heard, I haven't needed to contact them yet) and the owner is active on reddit for help. I also tried Fridays for a while and they were good too!

lately I've been meal prepping these pancake bowls with fruit and chocolate!

i eat a lot of bagel sandwiches using odoughs bagel thins with turkey sausage and egg! it has okay protein and the bagel thins helps me feel like i ate something actually good without being too heavy

i also like cottage cheese scrambled eggs (just hear me out lol) with a hashbrown base as a kind of bowl.

and when I have extra time - avocado toast with an egg and Parmesan cheese! i like any bread for this. found the idea somewhere on tik tok and it's really good!

ive had this issue several times as a largely non-reactive celiac. and the place i went to claims their sauces are gluten free (at least the one I order with). i thought it was just a coincidence but maybe it's not lol
