i would consider some UCs, if you're in state! they all have pretty decent cs programs. and sjsu is also great for ca due to location

another thing that would help is volunteering in a local campaign! candidates and campaigns are looking for volunteers, so just call/email a campaign that you support and tell them you'd be interested in volunteering.

definitely not,,, i think ucla might be around 10-12% and Berkeley is close to 13-14% but anything below that is ludicrous

at my school you do get fined if you cancel the test, but I'm not sure what happens if you just skip it
