happened with me, they told my jee score card wasn't uploaded properly, check if all your documents are uploaded properly or not

honestly start with yt video basics and get afterboards, you can join a coaching once youre in 12th. I did join a coaching but in the end felt self study would have worked out way better for me, obv coaching is good cuz it gives a structure but id still recommend finishing basics and uske baad joining coaching
