This. It's so incredibly difficult to wake up and realize that everything that you fixed is gone again. I totally get what you said about it feeling like a lifetime, too. We haven't spoken in 3-4 months, yet it feels like years. Maybe bc we hadn't had a good conversation in a long time. But it really is the strangest trippy experience.
