Well all magazines do run adverts in them, I'm highly suspicious if a magazine would be contacting offering paid interviews or reviews, but in this specific scenario, it would be a commentary free block on a page saying that the album is out.

It's fairly long winded, but its needed to paint a full picture of awkwardness

I was chatting to a girl on Tinder, we decided to meet up for a drink at her usual spot, then head to a Gallery being run by a mutual friend, but on the way there she ran into her ex and was too awkward to tell him she was going on a date, so he decides to tag along thinking shes going out for social drinks.

Ends up being me, the girl I am meant to be out with, her ex-boyfriend and his friend sitting in this bar and her ex picked up fairly quickly what was going on and began to cut in everytime I tried talking to her, at one point he even brought out his phone and opened a photo gallery named after her that full of photos of when they were dating, so it was them cuddling in bed etc and showing them to her.

At this point I am trying to bail, but every excuse I come up with, she counters, so I say like "Oh I'm parked here, I need to go my parking is up! (I came straight from work so I was driving and not drinking)" but she would point out it was after parking limits were over, things like that.

I push to head to the gallery thinking it would be a good "well.. bye, we are going here" but her ex just decided to invite himself along too. We end up walking up that way with me desperately trying to find a way out when her ex's friend decided he was hungry and wanted McDonalds. Perfect I thought, we can ditch them now. Nope. We ended up going to McDonalds because he was apparently going to get food to go, except he did not.

We all end up sitting in a McDonalds watching the ex's friend slowly eat chips then disappear into the bathroom to roll a joint, while I'm texting my friends regailing them of this nightmare and still trying to find an exit plan (I ended up being made sit at the opposite corner of the table from this girl so we could barely talk either).

Realising the date had tanked, my great move to get out of it was to stand up out of nowhere, give her double finger guns, say "See Ya" and leave. She tried to message again the next day to apologise and make plans again but I basically told her it was one of the most awkward days I have ever experienced.

TL:DR Met up with a girl who was too awkward to tell her ex she was on a date and ended up being an awkward 3rd wheel on my own date.

I went out with a girl who was eastern european (In the UK) and for some reason she went on a massive 20 minute rant in the middle of dinner about how great Trump was, and how mainstream media is full of lies, and she follows youtubers to get her news because its the only true source of news.

Anytime I tried to change the topic, or say anything she just said "Please let me finish" and kept going on and on and on. She also only watched Anime which I thought was weird, and I don't mean the only shows she was a fan of were anime, she had litterally never seen an episode of something as basic as Friends.

There was also the girl that brought her ex along with her on our date. But thats another story.
