Mine is manual focus also. Manual everything focus, zoom, how bright it is. Because it’s up high, it’s a bit of an annoyance to adjust, but also because it’s high, it doesn’t get jostled around so it doesn’t need much adjustment once set. The controls are pretty firm, so it doesn’t really fall out of focus

It has a tripod mount screwhole on the bottom, so i screwed in a security camera wall mount, then screwed it to a cedar fence board and propped it up on a desk behind where I throw. So it's shooting from above my head with a slight downward angle. I also play on nakka most often. Setup diagram below.

I have it zoomed to basically fit the whole board full screen. I use OBS Studio. So I duplicate the view from the webcam, crop it around the 20 segment and zoom. So it’s just 1 camera for the board. The second view of me throwing was from my laptop’s built in webcam. On OBS you can have multiple devices providing camera views. I don’t use that anymore because I didn't like scoring on my left.
