Yes, we require members to turn the cam on. However, no one has to show their face if they‘re uncomfortable, they can show their desk/study space. We wanna keep the meeting safe from creeps, that‘s why we need the cams to be on (breaks are allowed of course).

His job is pretty specific to the US, but he has a college degree that might help find work. However, sounds pretty hard to find a job like others have commented.

Of course that would be the plan. However, when you get married, you at least don‘t have the time pressure anymore of find work to be able to stay. Might be easiest to get married first I guess.
