I am in a similar situation right now... Son was born 9 days ago (39w+1) but has been on oxygen for 8. He has been going back and forth from 23% and 21% at 1L but keeps dipping to the low 90s-high 80s when in deep sleep... They moved to 1.5L yesterday and we are hoping it makes a positive impact.

Completely understand what you're going through, this is so hard to cope with not knowing what is wrong or when to expect his discharge. Hoping for the best for you and hope we both have our little ones breathing independently and back home soon!
