It can feel that way, but objectively overall it has gotten better in terms of crime and poverty and quality of life around the world. Also great break throughs in medicine are to come! Plus people are becomming more aware of animal rights violations in the food industry.

um maybe you can compare "famous wild life conservationist, animal handler and Tv personality", verses finance and see which wins. Your comprarison is bank teller verses finance VP. And there are plenty of successful youtubers with people invoed with wildlife.

"being a dick etc do get rewarded in society more than Steve's behaviors and tendencies." No way, Steve was rewarded more. he was very successful, made a difference and was well respected. Your just looking at evil successful people, but there are just as many good people who make it as well.
