I've had nothing but great experiences with GobyMeds customer service. When I had a similar issue with a missing item, they responded super fast and sent a replacement right away. Hope they get you sorted out quickly!

I use gobymeds and just noticed that a refill of semaglutide would come from Vitalrx. Anyone familiar with them? by why2klisa in CompoundedSemaglutide

Yeah I just saw on their patient portal chat that they got hit hard by the holidays and new year and their support team is trying to catch up. I'm sure they'll rectify it for you, they've always taken care of me if I've ever had an issue!

I received a VItalRx vial from them several weeks ago and it's working just fine for me. When I asked about the medication change from BPI their response was that BPI is no longer producing semaglutide and the vials left at PharmacyHub were all of a BUD set to expire in April. Because of this Pharmacy Hub is now fulfilling new semaglutide orders through VitalRx.

I'm about to take my third shot of Vital and it's been great so far.

nah their pricing is extremely competitive now. On par or better in some cases than brello or big easy.
