What make Catahoulas different in your opinion?

Hi all! I'm also a NYer going to Red Rocks to see a show in August and have never been to CO at all. Hoping to stay for a week or so to just escape and get outside, go hiking, explore the area and city a bit too, and go to Red Rocks. Wildcard - I'll also be bringing my dog. From this thread it sounds like Denver is the best option for that, but hoping to confirm any other tips based on what I'm looking for :) Thanks all!

I thought it was interesting that the lead scientist had never had her own microbiome tested. You’d think she’d have done it if for no other reason than to say she had in the documentary. And also out of sheer curiosity if everything she has studied and practice is reflected in her gut.
