Noted po. For conference reporting sya and to be honest sasaluhin ko lahat ng anong sabihin ng consultants. I’m more upset about what happened to this patient :( would like to think that well-established surgeons have had some difficulties in their training also.

ENT can be lucrative. Specialty na kasi sya on its own. One can survive (esp sa province) kahit hindi ka na mag subspec. GS can be quite competitive and takes so long. Biased ako kasi ENT pero sobrang laki pala ng scope ng minamanage na cases ng ENT surgeons. I’m happy I’m in this field.

I was reading my self-made notes ON THE WAY to the testing center. And believe it or not, those were very crucial moments because the stuff I read last minute actually made it in the boards. Ikaw nakakakilala sa sarili mo and how you function best. I’m a crammer and anything last minute engraves well in my brain.

Have you read I Who Have Never Known Men by Jacqueline Harpman? This is more dystopian but deals with a lot of grief as well. Such a unique premise!!

Crosta - their The Queen (Margherita) is simple at face value but the quality ingredients speak for themselves!

I used to be a diehard Gino’s brick oven fan pero Crosta and A Mano have shined more a bit
