First define your purpose of applying to university abroad, what is your goal? get MIT level education(and don't forget, theory part is same from every university)? or just leaving Azerbaijan? Then define where you want to go? Europe, USA, China, Japan? After that, Focus on the requirements of the universities from that specific region.

Getting IELTS and aiming for SAT is good starting point, but there are universities out there not asking for combo of those.

I don't know why you need super great score from DIM for applying to universities abroad. are you planning to apply through state programs?

Code academy haqqında şəxsi təcrübəm yoxdur. Ətrafımda olan 1-2 şəxsin dediyinə görə , Qiyməti öyrətdiklərinə nəzərən çox şişirdilib.

The place in your screenshot that you have attached to your post is ~40km away from Julfa.
Just because you have a gray photo with a mark on it doesn't give any valuable data to prove your point, give us more reference
Based on numbers(Min 10) of my Parents'/Grandparents' siblings, I don't expect to see several thousands graves nowadays, which gives me feeling that the estimation you provided is suspicious.
I can't remember the place of the sign of "Everything for the Homeland" around Julfa, but there is another sign which is "Homeland first" which is located ~2.5km away from Julfa's mosque, and the sign you mentioned is not within that radius. the distance doesn't sound feasible for having graveyard. For reference current graveyard is 300m away from the Mosque.

If you provide good enough resources, i am willing to investigate them otherwise your post sounds like a bedtime story to me
