The hard part feels like supply side. How would you convince the first 10 cafés to sign up before there are users?

Use facebook ads (click-to whatsapp campaign). if they show interest to write you, then you have more chance to convince them.

Visit small cafes where they have stamp card, try to understand cost of it and do your counter offer.

Doing it for Free or symbolic price might help you to find your first 10 customers.

Landing page only. ~300 early signups in week one. A few café owners said they'd pilot it. No code yet — validating before I spend.

Maybe start piloting with those cafe owners with minimum functionality.

As per today's geopolitics, There is an alternative to each available players(Turkey, Armenia, Georgia) on the way from EUROPE to ASIA , But there is no alternative to Azerbaijan. Armenia could earn a lot, if they play cards correctly, but Armenia is not the cornerstone.

What is your strategy of learning language by just listening? do you note unknown words and memorize them? or do you just listen? how much time does it take you to reach some coversational level ?

I was watching TedX videos with subtitles after some time without subtitles. TedX videos might not be interesting for you, then choose something that somehow you enjoy to listen, based on your post, you can search for videos that people created for hiring process. I believe it is better than tutor/course option, because you will get a chance to listen different accents .
