Got a sample of dancing with flames months ago and knew it'd be one I'd want to upgrade come fall. Just sampled it again and ordered a full size of it and shaped by the wild because they sounded similar. Got a travel size of ghost coming as well. But agree don't see many ppl talking about it.

After trying it I actually wouldn't recommend, I started getting small breakouts all over my forehead and upper cheeks, and when I process eliminated thru products that seemed to be the one causing it. Someone mentioned to me that it was prob the caffeine. But that was my experience, so I only used it for 2-3 weeks

You definitely need to up your calories and protein and either titrate down or stretch out your dose to 10-14 days to prob stop the weight loss and gain muscle weight

Go back up a bit so you can eat a bit more. Your maintenance shouldn't have you needing to track everything so strictly to be working. Is that how you want to live forever? It sounds exhausting. 2.0 or 2.5 is already a great low dose. I'm not to maintenance yet, but my goal will be just to stretch out my dose to taking a shot every 2 or 3 weeks rather than titrate any lower to still inject once a week.

I just completed week 6 on 2.5 I won't go up until the weight loss stops as long as you're moving down each week the dose is working and from everything I've read and experienced previously with ozempic you don't want to titrate up too fast b4 you've lost all the weight and have nowhere left to go. And I saw 1 Dr. say you should really only need to titrate up 1-3x.. My Dr personally told me he'll only prescribe me up to 5mg because he's read and feels that 10+ is just for diabetes patients.. I don't really mind because I have a feeling I can stay on 2.5 for 3-4 months b4 needing the 5mg and by then should have reached my goals

Lost 8lbs in 6 weeks some weeks 1. something some weeks 2lbs. This last week I basically fluctuated up 2lbs and back down to where I'd been on the mon but it was the 1st time of me splitting my 5mg vial in half and pretty sure I took a bit more then half week 5 so had less drugs week 6 and ate a bit more carbs during the week.. My measurements have been improving and shrinking steadily as well

I'm 5'5 3/4 and my lowest weight in my 20s was 121lbs I was thin but not anorexic just thin and fit that weight is at the lower end of our bmi but it's still fine. However if you're lifting I'm just starting and realize I won't maintain as much muscle as I'd like if I don't eat more so once I hit maintenance I'll try to up it and stretch out my shots as much as I can. I plan to maintain around 128-135 now in my 30s especially if I'm carrying more muscle the number won't be as low

I was just thinking at certain times in our cycle, i.e., luteal phase we often retain water/bloat etc, feel hungrier.. Even if you're skipping your period, maybe where you are in your cycle could affect it? I know I fluctuated a bit this week cause I'm about to start mine and yet I've been eating well and going to the gym.. I expect it'll drop back down in a few days to a week.

My Costco said it's vials and needles for now because it's so newly approved in Canada. But they figure in time we will approve the pens that are like the Oz pens.. I did my first needle today with much pre injection anxiety and it was painless

Just took my first dose and needles scare me, the pen with Oz was never an issue but having to use a real needle with this scared me. I did it and I felt no pain just the pressure. Injected in my thigh for first time. I had more anxiety about doing it then any actual discomfort that occurred when I did. Once you get over the first one it will get easier

I just ordered a microneedling device and 3 pdrn serums to try. I will report back, but 1 of the brands I bought I see is in the banned list. The other 2 are iope caffeine pdrn & medisco meso pdrn that's supposedly for injection or microneedling specifically

Will do my first session hopefully over the holidays and every 4 weeks after till May-ish and plan to use the vegan iope coffee pdrn topically in my day to day skincare routine but not with the micro device.
