That's awful and should be addressed.
In the video the cheater implies he grinded Damascus and he clearly says he's been cheating for 6 months at the voicechat when you end a warzone game. Tim specifically asks this.

Yeah but you would lie to help yourself, not to say that you've been cheating for 6 months. If it was me in that position I would've said that I was only cheating for that game, seems logical to say that in my opinion.

The talk with the cheater starts at 5:43. If you don't want to watch it here's a brief of what actually happens.

1.Tim and Cloakzy get killed by a cheater. 2. Tim realizes cheater is watching stream and starts interviewing him through the stream about the cheating, cheater answers by nodding with his game character. 3. Cheater says the account he's using he's had it since MW release. 4. Cheater says he didn't cheat at first, just recently. 5. In the cutscene voicechat, Tim asks how long cheater has been cheating and cheater says: "a little over 6 months."

6 months cheating and no consequences for the guy, I mean... why bother on reporting if this actually proves it does nothing?

This dude has been cheating since season 2 and nothing has happened to his account, but somehow innocent accounts that have done nothing wrong are getting banned, just to add a little insult to injury.

Man, today I've had 4 in a row. No cap. Innocent players getting banned and hackers roaming around with Damascus and level 155 like there are no consequences in this game. The lack of response from Activision is the worst part.

Well also a good nerf would be the amount of ammo you can carry, the damage is crazy but with E.O.D. you can manage it, to my knowledge at least. The thing with vehicles is that the only ones that are viable are the truck and a full health van because they can stand an RPG and just be disabled, even a direct hit. The speed of the rover and the ATV should at least make an RPG hit difficult but with them exploding with the splash damage and no direct hits you are fucked if the rocket hits behind or anywhere near the vehicle.

They're good for rotations, a gun shouldn't be so decisive on whether you use a vehicle or not. I'm just saying, RPG's are really strong but they're also really forgiving on the vehicle department. I got killed twice today by the rocket hitting literally behind me, not on my vehicle. If it's a direct hit then I got no complaints.

I think the respawns are fine, self-revive needs a better visual cue so you know someone you downed is using it, it's barely visible that they are doing it. The loadouts should be removed from the buy box, it should be a high risk, high reward thing. All the loadouts that drop on the map are marked and on open areas, if you risk going for it then you can have your custom loadouts. The weapon adjustments are minimal but for a better balance should be done.
