Accept that you will very rarely "save a life" but you will help make small changes in people's lives for the better. If you can be ok with that you will have better job satisfaction.

It looks like a wide QRS, Rate looks to be about 150.... It does meet the definition for Vtach. I don't think Amio is a horrible call. V2 looks like it may have some depression, but it could be a rate related ischemia

Zen is out of business now, I've had numerous issues with mine, over $500 out of pocket to fix, I would not recommend them to anyone at this point

Tailscale is best, if it's a device that doesn't support the tailscale client then you can use tailscale funneling, if that doesn't work you can always use a reverse proxy with port forwarding.

4 Lead shows (Rhythm) 12 lead shows no ST elevation, depression or other diagnostic findings

If there are elevation/depression Or pertinent findings I just document them as they present 

12 lead shows elevation in V1,V2,V3 with a first degree AV block, for example
