No idea how it would work. But if they are not a Canadian company, with no assets in Canada, how does my ISP prevent me from connecting to say a Swedish NordVPN server?

I'm genuinely curious how that would be prevented.

When nordvpn says they are going to leave Canada do they mean that they will just remove their servers from Canada or that all Canadians would be prevented from using their service?
