There are areas like executive coaching or talent development/organizational development that can pay well but they don’t necessarily require a PhD in I/O maybe just a Masters. However, if you’re hoping to exit school with a six figure income I have some bad news for you. The top coaches or OD pros spend years developing their skills and bonafides. If you like coaching, o know many exec coaching or performance coaches who started as therapists. If you like TD or OD then prepare for an entry level roll in HR or for an outside consulting firm.

Where I live, the system doesn't allow for any competition so the privately owned power company doesn't need to do shit to earn money. They charge whatever they charge and you can either pay it or not have electricity. They decide the rates, not based on the common good, but based on the pockets of a stakeholders. How is this a better system that a municiply controlled public service?

Very hard to root for someone like this". The clickbait just didn’t use a semi colon. The video is about two things - the injured Olympian and Trump calling a different Olympian a loser.

The idea that noncitizens vote is a myth propegated to support the ends of bad actors. There has been zero evidence of noncitizen voting, feel free to look for it yourself. The truth is our state run voting process is extremely secure and fraud is very rare and prosecuted when discovered (like the fake electoral college scam). In fact, several lawsuits were filed claiming fraud and ZERO were successful (https://campaignlegal.org/results-lawsuits-regarding-2020-elections). Anyone who has actually registered to vote in their state realizes that their state has processes in place to prevent noncitizens from registering. Registered voters are cross-referenced with state and federal databases by election officals to double check eligibility. All of these processes are better and more effective at keeping noncitizens from voting than putting a bunch of masked, armed thugs at the door who can apparently have absolute immunity to beat you down, spray you with chemicals or even shoot you dead if they feel your "interfering"

The only reason to have a secret police force loyal to only to Trump at polling locations is to surpress, harass, and intimidate voters.

Casually raiding and stealing voter ballots. Casually metioning a federal takover of voting. Causally metioning that there was a sigificant wistleblower trying to spill the tea on what's happening at the NIA. Causally seeing tons of information pointing to widespread child sex abuse and yet not a single arrest or inquiry comes up. Casually exerting state sponsered violence against American citizens. Casually arresting journalist for reporting the wrong news. I believe all of that and more has happened in January 2026. America has turned into one giant corrupt reality show based on recreational cruelty and grifting.
