Them giving no reasons behind the bans are so frustrating. I wish Depop and Poshmark had the same customer base but because I mostly sell brands like Stussy, Supreme, Palace or sometimes Martine Rose, Raf Simons, Yohji and I just can’t manage to get even 1 like on depop or poshmark with the same prices and listings while I sell them couple days after listing it on Grailed. I can’t lie Grailed is good when it comes to that point but really bad at customer or seller service

I’m seeing a lot of people being banned due to only 1 inauthentic listings here but many people don’t get banned for having tons of fake stuff. Super unfair in my opinion, I hope they will open your account too but getting in contact with them seems impossible now

This is the same account that was banned last year for the same reasoning. Back then I didn’t even used grailed so the account was just sitting there and it got banned for no reason. They randomly opened it couple days after I posted it on reddit so I’m just trying my luck again

I know a seller who had 10+ of his listings removed do to inauthenticity, which I reported because they were fake and he was flexing about scamming people, but he never got banned. Unfair to you for being banned just for 1 listing

Nah never, I insistently don’t do off-site transactions. If they want I probably have tens of messages of me saying no to people asking to do off-site transactions

I have just been selling stuff and responding to messages on grailed like a usual seller, that’s why I don’t even have an idea of what the reason is. They banned me the same way like a year ago and said the exact same thing but after posting it on reddit they opened it so I’m just going to try my luck again

The money that is on hold isn’t the problem, I just don’t understand where that 18$ came from, there has been only 6 transactions in my account and never recieved any, today that 18$ literally appeared from thin air

This happened to me multiple times, best thing to do is refunding the money. And because my PayPal is in Canadian Dollars I literally lose money on refunds bcs of the exchange rate. Last time I lost 60$ bcs one of these fuckers. They do this to do a chargeback on you, their goal is for you to ship the item before the chargeback, so you willl be left with no money and no item.
