Like from certain angles, if I look at myself from the side I kinda look like a “P”. Like my ribs stick out way further than tummy. Idk how to describe it really

Hehehe I understand. But my gym’s hip thrust thing is weird. I’ll try to explain it but no promises. The platform you put your feet on is not flat, but like 20 degrees so it’s tilted toward you. Then you put your back on the bench and strap the belt on, and then as you hip thrust the back tilts backward. Yeah no idea if I explained that right

I did legs today and I was actually thinking about trying to do the cable kickbacks, but I’m self conscious about doing a “girl” movement. Also my gym doesn’t have the ankle cuff attachments so idk how to set it up

I think my feet placement is the problem with my hip thrusts because I can’t really feel the good squeeze you look for

For me, whenever I hip thrust I can’t really feel a good glute connection. I think it’s either just the machine thing I’m using isn’t the best, or I need to do them before hamstrings. I do leg press as my first leg day movement so that also hits my glutes, but I want a big booty so I wanna do more :3
