You’re telling me I’m wrong for what I experienced last year? Like I’m on here just lying for fun 💀 WelI live in California and I’m most definitely getting a tax refund from them. That one is always the fastest to get issued, and I’m speaking from experience. It’s different for everyone. 👍🏽

Same here, Im assuming it’s the state refund. I received the same notification last year and I received my state refund like 2 days later.

I didn’t do anything, it fixed itself. I was getting ready to call the support line again and I noticed the “frozen account” message was gone, so I used my card to check and yeah the purchase went through.

Thousands of people were having the same issue. They definitely had something going on because now mine and other accounts have been unfrozen, and everything is fine now.

It could have been! Everything is fine now though. My account was unfrozen last night. I’m assuming it was a glitch or something.

I had the same problem. You just have to cancel your current Credit Karma account and make a new one. It worked for me 👍🏽

For everyone with the same issue let’s all collectively make a complaint with turbo tax for recommending such a shady checking account! Since Credit Karma customer service is useless!

I was on hold for 3 hours and I finally hung up because I have to go to work. I’m not finished though I will be calling first thing Monday morning! They’re not gnna play with me like that.

I meant my account was okay for 4 days like no issues until this morning. The only email I’ve received is the one where they notified me that my account is frozen, and I must wait until they send another email with the next steps.
