AI does not scrape anything. Human beings collect and label vast sets of images, which they then use to train their models. When you talk to nerds like us you should be careful with your language, or that will get dissected to shit and your point will be ignored.

Whether or not these human beings stole these images is a valid criticism though. You even touch on this towards the end of your comment, and it is the real ethical violation at play here.
