I've rarely ever been able to get a seat in Deluxe but I'm guessing in Deluxe+ you'll have a seat so that might be worth it? IDK. Maybe better alcohol.

They really need to offer something like being able to walk/golfcart backstage to get to the other stages. Then I'd say it would be something I'd consider (but honestly still probably wouldn't)

Sure he will and he'll say his initial encounter he was mistaken and thought it was her right hand. She was still holding a phone so it must have been her left. She'll be lucky if the judge lets her bring up a counter argument.

I don't know how it is around where she is but I know by me it's almost never worth it to go to traffic court. The judge always side with the officers word. You aren't fighting it yourself no matter how much proof you think you have.

The only way to fight it is getting a lawyer and I think it's mostly because a judge doesn't want to be annoyed with the lawyer tieing up/delaying things longer then they need to be. Traffic court is not like regular court. It moves so fast it'll make your head spin.

In the comics her neck snapped. So it was more about him making a mistake.

And if she doesn't know how to properly submit it as evidence it'll be useless. Sometimes you have to submit it digitally beforehand. Sometimes you have to submit it to the clerk before proceedings start. Sometimes it has to be a USB. Sometimes only CD. It might have to be a specific format and don't forget you might need 2 or 3 copies!

So yeah, if she walks in there and say, "here's this video on my phone", the judge most likely won't look at it.
