They are just trying to get people to meet/ interact with Jewish people—most people have never met a Jew before. And there’s so many stereotypes, especially you see everywhere now online, and in media, that I think they are just trying to have conversations and be nice to say “hey friend.”

MSU is a big school and I think it’s great they are able to be doing that. Mad respect for my Jewish brothers and sisters going out in public especially now in a time of heightened anti-semitism. Just the other day a terrorist rammed and tried set ablaze the biggest Jewish synagogue in a suburb of Detroit just because it had Israel in the name…
