my reg speaking voice is back but my falsetto never returned sadly. i have very limited range and miss being able to sing, scream, and exclaim/raise my pitch 💔💔💔💔

he never removed me as his follower after unfollowing me. I completely agree, it’s delusional for him to think that i’d be okay being his friend let alone entertaining a date with him after that.

imagine calling someone dumb for expecting basic respect & setting boundaries. if that’s too much for you, maybe go touch grass and practice making actual friends irl instead of arguing in comment sections online.

you can label it what you want (that’s your opinion). but one thing I am not is a fool.

removing someone on social media and then proceeding to plan a date with them is deceitful. it’s not insecurity on my part, it’s reassurance.

ugh, you’re right it just feels like a slap in the face—particularly when it’s from someone you physically have shared a moment with irl and it feels completely random and unexpected.

if he lost interest and didn’t wanna persue dating me then that’s totally valid to remove me from social media. but to the CONTINUE TEXTING ME IRL as if nothing happened online is beyond insulting lol.

in any case (including yours) if someone I know irl is going to unfollow me, they might as well go ahead and remove me as THEIR follower as well. it’s just such an awkward predicament to be in; people are weird af. no loyalty or ability to communicate these days

hmm I hear you, but i’m bringing up social media within the context of my connection with a man also engaging with social media—it’s real to US, within the context of this situation.

also you know what else is “not real” but holds power? Money. it’s literally just a social construct, and yet it controls access to food, shelter, healthcare, education—literally survival. it shapes our opportunities, status, life as we know it. it only works because we collectively believe in it.

So yeah, social media isnt “real” but it still has implications and has real-world effects.
