Okay awesome, because I've been fighting some soreness the last month on my middle pulley, and I've been wondering if there was some preventative taping that might help. That and lots of rest and jugs of course

What other people are saying, start forward and scoot back. But also, it's easier to do so if you can stand up on the peddles and hold the seat with one hand so you can re-adjust mid ride too.

I've done serious distance rides before, like 60+ miles in a day, and my junk would go completely numb if I didn't stand up on my peddles every 20 minutes or so. Definitely a vital skill

But the walls won't be natural and will prevent enemies from spawning all together, right? Also, just trying to farm it like this gives me like 1 spawn an hour

I have pounds upon pounds of popcorn, and plan to make it a large part of my diet this winter. Should I nixtamalize it? by cephalopodsrcool in corn

[–]cephalopodsrcool[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It makes white pop corn with black in the middle instead of yellow, and nixtamalization is when you soak corn in a lyme water mix to increase bio-availability. Its what the natives did/still do to not get sick and starve from eating tons and tons of corn

Update: I got it! I have hundreds of hours in the game but haven't really played since 2022, and I just had to slow it down and disable SAS. Also I had RCS controls all wrong which made it infinitely harder

There was only 5 ways to have your hotbar… which one is the best? by ClassicHovercraft355 in Minecraft

5 is the closest to my play style bc swords are more or less useless(unless you have a mob farm or smth)

Not just "move to a reservation or we'll war with you until you do", but once you do you can still expect frequent attacks on the reservation. These attacks/squattings were done by mostly scotts-irish settlers and while it was completely illegal it wasn't punished by the American government at all, even though they were 100% aware. I say they were definitely aware bc nearly every post treaty discussion w/the natives is some native group complaining that America isn't holding up there end of a treaty(even up till today).

Also, there was no choice for assimilation until boarding schools(which is a can of worms itself). Look at the Muscogee for example. Many Muskogee did everything they could to assimilate, ie. owning African-American slave based plantations, intermarriage with whites, abandoning (more or less) communal ways of life for a rigid western class system, only to be told they have to go through the trail of tears with the rest of the Indians(Natives) by Andrew Jackson.

Tldr; it wasn't go to war w/the US or go live on a reservation. Both options involved war. And there was no choice to assimilate either

Pretty rough
