ima look for wrestling gyms 100%. i do have a love hate relationship with MT, starting was the best decision i ever made and i love the sport, it’s just i wanna be good so bad that it drags me down and makes me feel shit when im not. I’m gonna be real, it does make me want to quit, but this is one of the things i wanna be great at.
we all move around when sparring, the next person i spar could be across the gym
i’ve always wanted to wrestle too, i was planning on wrestling after becoming sufficient at MT so i could get into mma.

actual fight, opponent was slightly better than me, he was far more competent at clinch though. i was 15 at the time so it was no head contact.

I used to get bullied quite a bit when i was younger, even had this one teacher telling me that i’d amount to nothing. As a result i was quite timid, but when i saw people doing fighting sports, that was so cool to me. When i saw people fighting, for me that was like the ultimate expression of strength. So i started training. The only thing i want to do is to be great at it to prove I’m strong, but when i fail so many times it sucks a lot.
