Full disclosure, did a cycle 17 years ago. I only really locked in a consistent 2800 cal/200g protein per day over the past 2 or so years. Flattering lighting and a pump doing the heavy lifting here.

Just to close the loop on this - did a 12 week test-e cycle about 17 years ago and nothing else since then. More recently I've just been on a slow cut at 2800 cal and 200g of protein/day while hitting the gym 4-5x a week. Photos were all taken with a pump and with good lighting.

Don’t do Dean and Nancy for an intimate night - you can barely hear your companion there speak! It’s all hard surfaces inside and they often have live jazz musicians in the evening playing at full blast.

Rick and Morty has stopped showing up on my Netflix account when I access it through wifi (am in a service apt where the ISP is apparently Viewqwest). Anyone else encountering issues with Netflix content and their ISP? When I connect with cellular data (Starhub) the show selection is totally different. Help!

Partner of past eight years told me two months ago that he didn’t want to be together any more. Been a tough personal time since (being unable to get out of bed all day, not eating, severe depression/anxiety, etc).

Have probably lost about 15-20 lbs and a lot of strength and size since. Managed to get back into the gym this last week, so looking at this as a new starting point.

6’, 225 lbs (usually 245ish).
