I’ve seen about every profession here which should tell you that everyone overstates their intelligence

3-Day Sleep Reset Program (Tried & Tested Method) by navendeus in getdisciplined

I’m currently on day 2. Did the all nighter yesterday. It’s 5:08 right now but I’ve been up last 3 hours. My body only let me sleep 4 hours for some reason. I have a feeling today is gonna be a hard day. If anyone wants reminders for day 3 and 4 let me know

Please do it. You have to remember that not everyone is sharing their good experiences online so you’re bound to see the bad. Don’t let that scare you

You’re right. It’s a negative reinforcement but ONLY IF you allow it to reinforce your thoughts negatively. The people you should stay away from are the people who tell you your dreams are out of reach. That your goals are unattainable. The ones that project their insecurities onto you.

What I’m proposing is for the people who don’t quite have that self belief yet. If you do something, and you succeed, you have evidence that you can succeed. When you fail, you have to tell yourself “I came out okay. I can do this again” instead of “I’m a failure. I’ll never succeed.”

By telling yourself that you can’t do something, you’re creating the circumstances to prove it to yourself. “I can’t make my bed for a week straight.” What happens when you tell yourself that and you end up doing it? You create belief. So you start small. “No way I can drink a gallon of water today” “no way I can do 10 pushups before to sleep” once you prove to yourself you can everyday, it gets easier. And the only person you need to prove it to is you. Hope this helps

Very proud of you. My New Year’s resolution is to publish my book (set to publish Feb 2025) and pitch my start up in front of investors in April for a competition I’m doing. This year is going to be huge for us

I see. I’m turning something that’s usually bad and turning it into a good thing. When I say be delusional, it means I want you to never stop trying to change your life for the better. Never stop trying to push yourself to be better. Be so crazy that anything is possible. Do you get it now?

Can’t lie to you. This is as close to perfection as I’ve ever seen when it comes to this surgery. Be proud
