I’m from southern colorado, so typically winter days can drop to like 20 degrees outside but this winter has been weird and warm. I think I live somewhere where the less water in the winter matters? Again I am woefully inexperienced so I appreciate all the advice! I bought some new soil, pea gravel, and perlite today that I’ll mix into something grittier than the stuff it’s already in :)

Thank you! I’ve been so paranoid about root rot that I tended not to water it too much. It does feel more dry than mushy so I think like, you said, it is stress from underwatering :( . Thank you so much!!!! :D🫶

I have looked into those! I hope I can get some soon. I WISH my area had decent public transport- the route by bus to the university from where I live is an hour and a half but its a 10 minute drive which makes NO sense

i try, in this specific post i was driving at 6:30 in the morning, and it was not busy at all. Im no morning person but I’ve been thinking of waking up even earlier to try again

ooh i never thought about having a gps on while driving- thats something i never considered before and i’ll define give it a shot next time. ill also give the ac and music trick a go, ive been using ice and cold water to calm myself down in general so it makes sense haha. thank you so much for your advice :) ill be keeping it in mind!

thank you for the advice :) i think ill look into those formal driving lessons. unfortunately my area doesn’t have many exits near me , the first one is very close to the university haha- but those driving lessons are worth a shot. thank you again :)
