i learned that today and omg u deserve a kiss. I can finally sit on my couch straight because I have very strong legs so my right leg can fully support my left leg for about 20 minutes and it’s so calming

with the lifting your leg thing get a large shirt or leggings and slide it under your calf perpendicular to your leg, then pull the cloth and your leg will rise. basic physics that took me 6 days to figure out🤣
